Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays will be processed the following business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Shipping rates may vary. Once an order is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout for coverage on lost or stolen packages.

Stolen or Damaged Packages with Route Protection
Once an order leaves the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Route directly to file a claim. Route will assist you in resolving the issue and replacing your order.
Stolen or Damaged Packages without Route Protection
Once an order has left the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you did not purchase Route Package Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at info@unblurskin.com for assistance. In these cases, we are only able to offer a one-time, 50% off coupon toward repurchasing the affected product(s).
