1. General Information

All products sold through our shop are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Our products should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, treatment, or prescriptions from a licensed healthcare provider.


2. Ingredient Percentages & Labeling

Ingredient percentages listed on product labels or descriptions are provided as an estimation for transparency. These percentages do not signify a dose-dependent effect. Cosmetic ingredients are formulated for topical use only and do not function in the same way as pharmaceutical or prescription products.


3. No Medical Claims

Our products are designed to support healthy-looking skin and self-care routines. They are not intended to heal, clear, remove, or alter medical skin conditions. If you have concerns about a skin condition, please consult with a licensed dermatologist or physician.


4. Patch Testing & Skin Sensitivity

Everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any new product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that we are not liable for individual reactions to ingredients.


5. Product Use

Products are for external use only. Please follow usage instructions provided with each item. Keep products out of reach of children and pets unless specifically formulated for them.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened or used.

6.1 Stolen or Damaged Packages with Route Protection

Once an order leaves the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Route directly to file a claim. Route will assist you in resolving the issue and replacing your order.

6.2 Stolen or Damaged Packages without Route Protection

Once an order has left the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you did not purchase Route Package Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at info@unblurskin.com for assistance. In these cases, we are only able to offer a one-time, 50% off coupon toward repurchasing the affected product(s).

6.3 Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an order is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout for coverage on lost or stolen packages.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, all sales are considered final.


8. Liability Limitation

By purchasing from our shop, you agree that product use is at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse of products, or results that differ from customer expectations.

 

9. Wholesale & Resale

Products are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written agreement.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All product formulas, descriptions, website content, branding, and images are the property of ClearSkin Aesthetics LLC DBA Unblur Skin Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

11. Age Requirement

By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes must be handled within this jurisdiction.

 

 13. Policy Updates

We may update these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our shop constitutes acceptance of any changes.
