Hyaluronic acid

Famous for being able to hold 1,000x its weight in water, HA is a fan favorite when it comes to quenching the skin. HA plumps the skin by holding water to it and preventing tewl.

Aloe

Aloe stimulates fibroblasts, which produces the collagen and elastin fibers, making the skin more elastic and less wrinkled. It also has cohesive effects on the superficial flaking epidermal cells by sticking them together, which softens the skin.

How-To: Apply 2 pumps at the end of your skincare routine, use alone as a moisturizer, as a layer underneath another moisturizer or mix to add a boost of hydration!

A: No, you can ONLY purchase products in our shop or during your appointment. We do not accept walk-ins. 

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: Yes, our product pickup is located to your immediate left upon arrival.

A: Yes, we ship directly to your home for convenience with Route Package Protection enabled.

Q: Do I have to have Route Package Protection?

A: It is automatically enabled when checking out. Toggling the protection 'off' will increase a greater risk of not being able to get a replacement or refund if stolen. 

Q: What if I’m not sure which product is right for me?

Q: Can I return products?

A: For safety reasons, opened products are final sale. Please contact us at info@unblurskin.com or (520) 222-9138 for further direction about our return policy for unopened items. Route Package protection cost is estimated by your total, this is non-refundable.

1) Stolen or Damaged Packages with Route Protection

Once an order leaves the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Route directly to file a claim. Route will assist you in resolving the issue and replacing your order.

2) Stolen or Damaged Packages without Route Protection

Once an order has left the Unblur studio, it is no longer within our control. If you did not purchase Route Package Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at info@unblurskin.com for assistance. In these cases, we are only able to offer a one-time, 50% off coupon toward repurchasing the affected product(s).
