How To:
After cleansing or double cleansing (if in the evening), ice any inflamed lesions and areas of redness. Then, apply toner with a gauze pad or add a few drops to clean hands and pat or rub into skin. Bring around the eye area and follow immediately with the rest of your skincare routine.
